$1500 SIGN ON BONUS - This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, rehires and managers are excluded. Payments are in $500 increments at 90, 180 and 360 days, paid on the following paycheck.

• The Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative and accounting support to the General Manager, Front Desk Manager and other managers of operations by proactively communicating, responding to questions and requests, solving problems, providing information, maintaining and organizing data, handling all invoices for resort, AOAO, and timeshare entities, and protecting the integrity of all parties.
• Must always demonstrate Service Standards with guests and staff to ensure a positive experience.

• Prior administrative experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability
• Must have great customer service skills – all our positions come into contact with guests!
