About the RoleMaui Grown Remedies is seeking a warm, dependable, and highly service-oriented Remedy Bar Associate to join our Lahaina team full time.
This is a guest-facing role at the center of The Remedy Bar experience. The Associate will welcome guests, provide knowledgeable product guidance, support retail operations, and help coordinate the flow of guests arriving for wellness treatments and Hawaiʻi 329 medical cannabis card appointments.
The ideal candidate combines the hospitality of a boutique wellness environment with the reliability and attention to detail required to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You should enjoy connecting with people, be comfortable learning about plant-based wellness products, and take pride in creating an organized, polished, and welcoming space.
Responsibilities Guest Experience & Retail● Welcome each guest and create a warm, professional, and elevated Remedy Bar experience
● Learn the Maui Grown Remedies product portfolio and confidently educate guests on product features, intended uses, ingredients, and appropriate product selection
● Help guests navigate products and wellness offerings based on their interests and needs while remaining within appropriate non-clinical boundaries
● Process purchases, returns, discounts, and other retail transactions through Shopify POS
● Maintain attractive, well-stocked, and accurate product displays
● Monitor product and retail supply levels and communicate replenishment needs
● Assist with inventory counts, receiving, merchandising, and general store organization
● Maintain a clean, calm, organized, and guest-ready environment throughout the day
● Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned
Appointments & Guest Coordination● Welcome and check in guests arriving for scheduled wellness treatments and 329 medical cannabis card appointments
● Help manage the daily appointment flow and communicate guest arrivals, delays, or scheduling changes to the appropriate team member or provider
● Assist guests with scheduling or rescheduling appointments as needed
● Support the APRN and other providers with non-clinical appointment coordination and administrative needs
● Help ensure required guest information and forms are completed prior to appointments, following established company procedures
● Answer basic questions regarding appointment logistics, timing, location, and what guests should expect
● Maintain appropriate discretion and confidentiality when handling guest and appointment information
● Help create a seamless transition between the retail, treatment, and appointment areas of The Remedy Bar
Remedy Bar Operations● Follow established opening, closing, cash-handling, safety, and operating procedures
● Support smooth day-to-day communication between The Remedy Bar, treatment providers, the Lahaina Dispensary team, and Maui Grown Remedies management
● Identify operational issues and communicate them promptly to the appropriate manager
● Assist with maintaining supplies and preparing guest and treatment areas for the day's appointments
● Support special promotions, product launches, educational programming, and other Remedy Bar initiatives
● Participate in product, service, compliance, and operational training as required
● Perform other reasonable duties that support The Remedy Bar and guest experience
Events & Brand ActivationsFrom time to time, the Associate may also:
● Represent Maui Grown Remedies at wellness events, community activations, golf tournaments, retail pop-ups, and other Maui events
● Assist with event setup and breakdown
● Engage guests and provide product education
● Support product demonstrations and sampling where permitted
● Process event sales and help maintain a polished brand presentation

● Comfortable learning new products, systems, and procedures
● Comfortable using technology; Shopify POS and scheduling-system experience are a plus
● Interested in wellness, plant-based products, hospitality, or creating exceptional customer experiences
Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following is preferred:
● Premium or specialty retail
● Hospitality
● Spa or wellness
● Medical or wellness office reception
● Appointment scheduling or guest services
● Customer service
● Events
● Fitness or other service-oriented environments
Experience with cannabinoids or hemp products is welcome but not required. Comprehensive product and operational training will be provided.
Position Details● Full-time position
● Based primarily at The Remedy Bar™ in Lahaina
● Target start date: October 2026
● Schedule coordinated by the Lahaina Dispensary Manager based on operating needs
● Availability for a combination of weekdays and weekends is required
● Occasional evening, special-event, or off-site work may be required
● May periodically provide coverage or support at other Maui Grown Remedies locations or Maui events
Qualifications● Must be at least 21 years of age
● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
● Must have reliable transportation
● Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform routine retail tasks, including moving and stocking merchandise
● Must satisfy any background screening, training, licensing, or other requirements applicable to the position and worksite
