SERVICE/ PARTS ASSOCIATE (copy)

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Rider to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position combines customer service with hands-on mechanical support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both interacting with clients and working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: ​Assist customers at the counter by finding parts, ordering parts, scheduling services, and addressing inquiries.
• Service Assistance:​ Support the service department with tasks such as building vehicles, performing oil changes, tire changes, and other basic services.
• Communication: Prov​ide clear and professional communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or motorsports environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of motorcycles, scooters, UTVs, and ATVs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
