A luxury condo association in Wailea is looking for an Administrative Assistant who can help out around the office on Fridays and Saturdays. You will assist with incoming and outgoing mail, preparing documents, maintaining homeowner files, and answering phone calls.

This position has the potential to become a full-time role in mid-2024.

Hours

Part-time, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm

Wailea, Maui

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide postage for mail and packages; create shipments via Fed Ex, and record for work order billing, or account for payment in cash register.
  • Assist with new homeowner packets and maintenance fee coupons after sale of units.
  • Provide record keeping for homeowner functions.
  • Assist with annual meeting preparations and homeowner week activities.
  • Assist with maintaining homeowner files.
  • Assist walk in visitors, including homeowners, guests and vendors.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to requests for information.
  • Track and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Prepare bulk mailings to all homeowners.
  • Assist with maintaining the shared office calendar.

Qualifications

  • At least 1year of administrative experience required. Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
