Full-time, 5 days a week 7:30am-4pm, may include weekends

Pay

$24 an hour, Temporary to Hire

Responsibilities

• Provide janitorial services as scheduled and directed, including cleaning various areas such as pools, windows, restrooms, sidewalks, and more.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in all common areas.
• Maintain inventory and prepare supply order sheet for review.
• Repair various equipment and fixtures as requested.
• Assist in repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down events.
• Provide assistance to Operations Supervisor or crew as needed.

Qualifications

• Sufficient cleaning and customer service skills.
• Ability to establish respectful relationships within a diverse community.
• Self-reliant, dependable, and motivated.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, maintenance tools, and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical tools, carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical skills.
• Common sense and ability to make independent decisions.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
