Auto Body Technician

Position Summary:
The Auto Body Repair Technician is responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition through proper bodywork, structural repair, and reassembly. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment.

• Perform collision repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs
• Operate frame machines and measuring systems to restore vehicle alignment
• Prepare surfaces for refinishing (sanding, grinding, filling)
• Reassemble vehicles to manufacturer and safety standards
• Follow OEM repair procedures and shop guidelines
• Maintain quality control on all repairs
• Communicate with estimators and production team to meet deadlines

• Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and tools
• Ability to read and perform repair estimates
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Must have own tools
• Valid driver’s license
