 Field Technician – FULL TIME 

Looking for candidates at all levels in the Field Technician Department, but currently has only one position open. The position and wage offered will be based on qualifications. 

DOE:  $21.00/hour - $33.00/hour

Below is a summary description for Field Technician (Level is based on experience/skills):

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and removing company equipment such as fountains, vending machines, coolers, and freezers at customer locations. Completes required documentation and work orders, maintains an organized inventory of parts and equipment, and reports low stock to the Field Service Manager. Provides cleaning services for bar guns and fountain dispensers, trains customers on proper sanitation procedures, and communicates clearly with customers regarding service work and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously. Will be required to occasionally exert up to 75-400 pounds of force, frequently to move equipment.

Qualification Standards:

Required Education

High school diploma or GED

Required Experience

• 1-3 years of Field Service Technician I experience
• 3-5 years of Field Service Technician II experience

Preferred retail & field technician experience
