Lahaina Support Staff

Arc of Maui County supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide an array of services including residential services with 4 group homes in Napili, Kihei, and Kahului. We also provide Day Program services, Personal Assistant services in the community and in the individual's homes, and Employment Services.

Arc of Maui is searching for direct support staff to support individuals to increase their independence in a variety of areas in accordance with their plan goals. Goals may include improving communication,

personal care skills, social and behavioral skills, budget and money skills, and employment skills. 

Staff responsibilities may include teaching skills, data collection, personal care assistance, transportation, light housekeeping and cooking. 

Full and Part-Time positions in Lahaina/Napili (various shifts available)

FT Benefits include: health insurance (Arc pays premium), paid time off for vacation/sick, life insurance, retirement benefit with 5% match, and mileage reimbursement for some shifts. 

PT Benefits include: (health insurance if working 20hrs or more), life insurance (if working 20hrs or more), retirement benefit with 5% match, and mileage reimbursement for some shifts. 

Requirements: background check, drug testing, CPR/FA, TB clearance, driver's license
