• Paid training is offered so you can consistently improve your skillset and grow.

What You Can Expect as an On-Call Nurse Aide:

• On-Call for 1-7 days per week, any combination of days, FT preferred
• Schedule options for either 12-hr or 24-hr shifts
• Ability to work with ALL Levels of patient care from companionship care to bed bound care
• Must show up / be available during scheduled On-Call shifts. (on-site care is sometimes booked in advance, or sometimes as a last-minute call in)
• Some shifts may include “Training” for newer staff as needed
• If the Nurse Aide calls out for their on-call shift they will NOT receive their flat rate pay.
• If consistent call outs occur while scheduled On-Call, the Nurse Aide will be removed from this position.
• Set days and times preferred / Open to discussing other options.

On-Call - Pay Rates PLUS Bonus Pay Available:

    -- Flat Pay Rate, If NOT Called-In to work. 

      (Aide is paid even if no work is performed on scheduled days)

• Monday - Friday, 12 Hours On-Call = $50
• Saturday-Sunday, 12 Hours On-Call = $75
•  Monday - Friday, 24 Hours On-Call = $100
• Saturday-Sunday 24 Hours On-Call= $150

     -- Pay Rate - When Called-In  (Bonus Pay Eligible)**

• Monday - Friday = $22/hr
• Saturday-Sunday = $24/hr

       ** Bonus Pay: Explained in detail during initial applicant meeting.

On-Call Nurse Aide Requirements:

• Completed and Passed Nurse Aide 
• Must pass background check
• A driver's license & vehicle to get to and from work is required
