Utility Worker - Pukalani Restaurant

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Utility Worker to join our team at our restaurant in Pukalani. As a vital member of our staff, you will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient dining environment for our guests and fellow employees. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Restock supplies and organize storage areas
- Perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces
- Assist other staff members with various tasks as required
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
