Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteers for various construction projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and community partners
- Create and implement volunteer training programs
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments
- Organize and oversee volunteer events and recognition programs
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours and contributions
- Collaborate with project managers to identify volunteer needs and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies
- Develop and distribute promotional materials to attract new volunteers
- Evaluate volunteer programs and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in volunteer management or coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Knowledge of construction and skilled trades industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
